Sequencing Platforms Overview

The Genomics Core provides sequencing services using different platforms. Each of these instruments/platforms offers a variety a read length and number of reads which will play an important role  when decided the required number of reads or coverage for you project. The table has a brief comparison among instruments and platforms.
